Popcorn (pc): Work 5 dc in indicated st, drop lp from hook, insert hook from front to back in top of first of 5 dc, pick up dropped lp and pull through.

Rnd 1: Ch 4, 11 dc in 4th ch from hook (3 sk chs counts as first dc), join in 4th ch of beg ch-4.

Rnd 2: Ch 3 (counts as first dc here and throughout), dc in same st, *dc in next dc, [ch 12, sl st in top of last dc made] twice, 2 dc in next dc, ch 3**, 2 dc in next dc, rep from * 3 times, ending last rep at **, join in 3rd ch of beg ch-3.
Rnd 3: Ch 3, *dc in next dc, holding lps forward dc in each of next 2 dc, dc in next dc, (2 dc, ch 3, 2 dc) in next ch-3 sp**, dc in next dc, rep from * 3 times, ending last rep at **, join in 3rd ch of beg ch-3, turn, sl st in each of next 2 dc, sl st into last ch-3 sp of this rnd, turn.
